Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Server to join our team at Andy's sit in and takeaway. As a Server, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest services and ensuring that every dining experience is memorable.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome guests promptly.
  2. Take accurate food and drink orders.
  3. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
  4. Provide recommendations on menu items to enhance the dining experience.
  5. Assist in food preparation as needed.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area.
  7. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
  8. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food delivered.
  9. Process payments accurately and efficiently.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary basics.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Basic maths skills for handling transactions and processing payments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive tips and other benefits.
