Job Title: Bid Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the bid management team in the preparation and submission of high-quality bids and tenders.

  • Develop and implement effective bid strategies and proposals to meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the bid process.
  • Manage and coordinate bid teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery of bid submissions.
  • Review and revise bid documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with customer requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to bid team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to bid progress, customer interactions, and proposal strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage bid budgets and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of bid submissions.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the bid process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to bid team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bid management and proposal development, with a strong understanding of the bid process and customer requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to analyze complex customer requirements and develop effective bid strategies and proposals.
  • Experience with MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with the ability to create high-quality bid documents and presentations.
