Transforming Safety and Sustainability at NWH Group

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing SHE policies to ensure compliance with H&S SEPA & EA regulations.
  • Leading incident reporting and investigations to recommend improvements and eliminate future risks.
  • Presenting and acting on safety statistics to influence decision-making at monthly safety meetings.
  • Coordinating emergency drills across all sites to ensure preparedness for unexpected events.
  • Conducting site inspections and audits to maintain ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications.
  • Leading contractor and visitor inductions to ensure a safety-first approach.

Requirements:

  • National Diploma for Occupational Health and Safety Management
  • Experience in health, safety, and environmental law with a talent for conducting risk assessments.
  • Proactive and ownership-driven with strong communication skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards (9001/14001) and confidence leading audits.
  • Organised and driven with a focus on delivering results.
