Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our Clapham office to success. Our employees are meticulous, highly professional, and well-trained, with a thorough understanding of the local property market.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve branch targets for your office.
- Deal with clients and customers in all aspects of estate agency, including market appraisals, property listings, sales progression, and negotiations.
- Use data, feedback, and market trends to deliver weekly updates to clients, offering advice and recommendations.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews with team members, validating performance, challenging them to fulfill their potential, and identifying training needs.
- Oversee the recruitment process for your office.
- Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and planning skills.
- Full and clean driving licence.
