Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to provide exceptional reception services for our healthcare clients on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to all staff and visitors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Offer administrative support across various areas, including ordering office supplies, maintaining a tidy office environment, and representing our company in a positive light.
  • Communication: Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and maintain accurate records of interactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse groups.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Technical Skills: Be proficient in using Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
