Claims Delegated Authority Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Claims Delegated Authority Technician to join our team at AIG. As a key member of our Underwriting Management Framework, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of delegated claims authority.
Key Responsibilities- Review and maintain due-diligence submissions of all Delegated Claims Authority's.
- Work with the relevant Claims Adjuster to determine appropriate claims authority level for Delegated Claims Authority, conducting regular review of same.
- Coordinate TPA / DCA audits and performance reviews, utilising "DAM" where possible.
- Report preparation for internal DA and Conduct related committees.
- Reporting into the Delegated Authority Manager, working collaboratively with the Senior Claims Delegated Authority Technician, DUA Team and the wider Underwriting Manager Team to ensure Talbot's compliance with a robust Claims Delegated Authority Framework and Lloyd's Principles for Doing Business.
- Experience of working within the insurance industry, preferably within the Lloyd's market.
- Experience of Delegated Authority (Claims or Underwriting).
- Understanding of the Claims lifecycle.
- Pro Actie, self-motivated and willing to learn within a team environment.
