Claims Delegated Authority Technician

AIG is reimagining the way we help customers manage risk. As a Claims Delegated Authority Technician, you will play a key role in this transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Review and maintain due-diligence submissions of all Delegated Claims Authority's.
  2. Collaborate with Claims Adjusters to determine appropriate claims authority levels for Delegated Claims Authority, conducting regular reviews.
  3. Coordinate TPA / DCA audits and performance reviews, utilizing DAM where possible.
  4. Report to the Delegated Authority Manager, working collaboratively with the Senior Claims Delegated Authority Technician, DUA Team, and the Underwriting Manager Team to ensure Talbot's compliance with a robust Claims Delegated Authority Framework and Lloyd's Principles for Doing Business.
  5. Experience in Delegated Authority (Claims or Underwriting) is essential.
  6. Familiarity with the Claims lifecycle is required.
