Claims Delegated Authority Technician

AIG is reimagining the way we help customers manage risk. As a Claims Delegated Authority Technician, you will play a key role in this transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and maintain due-diligence submissions of all Delegated Claims Authority's.
  • Work with the relevant Claims Adjuster to determine appropriate claims authority level for Delegated Claims Authority, conducting regular review of same.
  • Coordinate TPA / DCA audits and performance reviews, utilising "DAM" where possible.
  • Reporting into the Delegated Authority Manager, working collaboratively with the Senior Claims Delegated Authority Technician, DUA Team and the wider Underwriting Manager Team to ensure Talbot's compliance with a robust Claims Delegated Authority Framework and Lloyd's Principles for Doing Business.
Requirements
  • Experience of Delegated Authority (Claims or Underwriting).
  • Understanding of the Claims lifecycle.
