Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Face-to-face interaction with residents, building rapport and ensuring they feel welcome and safe in their homes
  • Conducting viewings and tours of our development
  • Undertaking pre-let inspections and scheduled inspections of communal areas
  • Managing the receipt and collection of resident parcels
  • Briefly introduce our security and resident administration systems
  • Arranging and hosting events for residents
  • Logging and reporting Health and Safety tasks
  • Performing administrative duties, including producing system reports
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrable experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, property, or customer service
  • A basic understanding of H&S requirements on-site and the ability to implement them
  • A commitment to continually improving your knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • A flexible approach and a dedication to working well as part of a team
  • An enthusiastic attitude and the ability to go above and beyond for residents with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in common software applications, such as Microsoft/Windows etc
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including English language proficiency
  • Experience with events would be beneficial
