Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Face-to-face interaction with residents, building rapport and ensuring they feel welcome and safe in their homes
- Conducting viewings and tours of our development
- Undertaking pre-let inspections and scheduled inspections of communal areas
- Managing the receipt and collection of resident parcels
- Briefly introduce our security and resident administration systems
- Arranging and hosting events for residents
- Logging and reporting Health and Safety tasks
- Performing administrative duties, including producing system reports
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrable experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, property, or customer service
- A basic understanding of H&S requirements on-site and the ability to implement them
- A commitment to continually improving your knowledge, skills, and abilities
- A flexible approach and a dedication to working well as part of a team
- An enthusiastic attitude and the ability to go above and beyond for residents with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in common software applications, such as Microsoft/Windows etc
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including English language proficiency
- Experience with events would be beneficial
