We are seeking a Personal Development Assistant to support Daniel in Grangemouth. The successful candidate will work alongside Daniel's existing team to provide encouragement, reassurance, and fresh ideas to support him in living his good life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Daniel in developing his confidence to spend time outdoors and engage in new activities.
  • Work alongside Daniel's existing team to provide a supportive and encouraging environment.
  • Bring fresh ideas and perspectives to support Daniel in achieving his goals.

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with Daniel through gesturing and body language.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in supporting Daniel's needs.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to provide a supportive environment.
