Job Title: Nursing Assistant
We are seeking a skilled Nursing Assistant to join our team at the Edgware Kidney Care Centre. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the delivery of patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist registered nurses in the provision of a safe and caring environment for patients.
- Perform a range of manual and clerical duties to support the smooth operation of the unit.
- Support the development of patients' individual care plans and contribute to the delivery of care.
- Act as a role model for student nurses and colleagues, demonstrating excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Person Specification:
- Demonstrable ability to meet the Trust's values and standards.
- Willingness to develop and work towards a new diploma Level 2 or equivalent.
- Demonstrable literacy and numeracy skills.
- Previous experience of teamwork and customer care.
