About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a post-16 school based in Edgware. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in enhancing the educational experience of our students with SEN.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide individualized support to students with SEN, promoting inclusivity and accessibility within the learning environment.
  • To work collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • To maintain accurate records of student progress, providing regular updates to teachers and other relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students with SEN.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.Proven experience working with children or young adults with SEN, ideally in a similar educational setting.
