Teach Now Recruitment is seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our prestigious client, a vibrant 2-form entry primary school. Responsibilities:- Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Assisting in the implementation of the EYFS curriculum, ensuring that each child's individual needs are met.
- Creating a stimulating and safe learning environment to enhance the children's development.
- Working closely with children, providing one-to-one support and small group interventions as required.
- Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure effective communication and support for all children.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience working with children in an Early Years setting, ideally within a primary school.
- A deep understanding of the EYFS curriculum and its application in the classroom.
- A patient and nurturing approach to supporting children's learning and development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and inclusive school ethos.
