We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Staff Nurse to join our dynamic team at St. Mark's Hospital. As a key member of our IBD team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in our 6-bedded day unit.
Main Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IBD day unit, including screening and scheduling patients for treatment, counselling patients, and providing education about therapies and IBD.
- Conduct clinical assessments and administer IV treatments as required.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans.

Requirements- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC registration.
