We are seeking a qualified Clinical/Forensic or Counselling Psychologist to join our team at Gatwick IRC, providing care to around 440 patients. This role is ideal for either newly qualified or experienced professionals familiar with working with adult mental health presentations, including neurodiversity and complex trauma.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care for patients with complex needs. You will be part of the Integrated Mental Health Team and an integral part of the clinical leadership team, supporting the development of the psychological therapies service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Offer clinical support and oversight to the Integrated Mental Health Team (IMHT) through training
• Undertake psychological assessments and support complex multi-disciplinary formulations
• Deliver and oversee the delivery of 1:1 psychological interventions and group interventions as part of the Trauma Informed 'Making Sense' Programme
• Deliver teaching and training to healthcare and prison staff where required
• Contribute to the development of audit, service evaluation, and research profile as appropriate

The salary for this position is up to £63,300 per annum FTE, depending on experience. The role involves working days per week, 8am-4pm, with some flexibility possible. There is also an opportunity for a full-time role if split across two sites.
