We are seeking a skilled Forensic Psychology Specialist to join our integrated Mental Healthcare team at Gatwick IRC, providing high-quality care to patients with complex mental health needs.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified HCPC registered Psychologist with experience working with adult mental health presentations, including neurodiversity and complex trauma. They will be familiar with trauma-informed practice and trained in at least one trauma-specific intervention.

As a member of the Integrated Mental Health Team, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care for patients. This role would be suited to either a newly qualified or experienced Psychologist looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity.

This part-time position offers up to £60,000 per annum FTE, depending on experience. We offer a bespoke induction, competency framework, and access to appropriate CPD. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the clinical leadership team, supporting the development of the psychological therapies service.

Your responsibilities will include offering clinical support and oversight, undertaking psychological assessments, delivering 1:1 psychological interventions, and contributing to audit, service evaluation, and research profile as appropriate.

Key qualifications required include full HCPC registration, proven post-qualification professional experience in Clinical/Forensic Psychology, and excellent communication skills. A PhD would be advantageous, but not essential.
