About the Role

Unlock Your Potential in Mental Health CareWe are seeking a skilled Clinical/Forensic or Counselling Psychologist to join our integrated Mental Healthcare team at Gatwick IRC. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care to patients with complex mental health needs, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. This role is ideal for a newly qualified or experienced Psychologist with a passion for working with adult mental health presentations, including neurodiversity and complex trauma. The successful candidate will be trained in trauma-informed practice and have experience with trauma-specific interventions. The role offers a unique opportunity to be part of the clinical leadership team, supporting the development of the psychological therapies service. Working Arrangements2.5 days per week, 8am-4pm, with flexibility to work split across two sites. SalaryThis part-time position offers up to £60,000 per annum FTE, depending on experience.
