We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical/Forensic or Counselling Psychologist to join our Integrated Mental Health Team at Gatwick IRC. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care to patients with complex mental health needs, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver trauma-informed practice and interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer clinical support and oversight to the Integrated Mental Health Team
  • Undertake psychological assessments and support complex multi-disciplinary formulations
  • Deliver and oversee the delivery of 1:1 psychological interventions and group interventions as part of the Trauma Informed 'Making Sense' Programme
  • Deliver teaching and training to healthcare and prison staff where required
  • Contribute to the development of audit, service evaluation, and research profile as appropriate

Requirements:

  • Full HCPC registration
  • Proven post-qualification professional experience in Clinical/Forensic Psychology
  • Experience working with Forensic Mental Health patients
  • Experience working with psychological trauma
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player
