About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Physiotherapist to join our team in Birmingham. As a dedicated member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of around £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Assessment & Treatment: Independently assess, diagnose, and develop tailored treatment plans to address individual patient needs.
  • Care Planning: Collaborate with patients to set realistic treatment goals using SMART criteria and provide clear advice on prognosis and treatment options.
  • Clinical Record Keeping: Maintain accurate physiotherapy records in line with HCPC regulations and complete medical reports as required.
  • Communication: Establish effective communication with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
  • CPD: Actively participate in training and development to meet CPD requirements and stay up-to-date with latest practices.
  • Outcome Measurement: Use outcome measures to track progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Biopsychosocial Approach: Approach each patient holistically, considering cognitive, emotional, social, and cultural factors that may impact treatment and recovery.

Requirements

  • HCPC Registered Physiotherapist
  • BSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
