Job Title: External Sales Executive

Adecco UK Limited is seeking an experienced External Sales Executive to join our team in the North of the country. As an External Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
    • Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Sales and Revenue Growth:

    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
    • Develop and execute account strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.

  • Market and Product Knowledge:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
    • Provide clients with product updates, training, and support as needed.

  • Collaboration and Coordination:

    • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure client needs are met.
    • Coordinate with the sales team to align on account strategies and share insights.

  • Reporting and Analysis:

    • Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue, and client satisfaction.
    • Analyse account data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Contract and Negotiation:

    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
    • Ensure all contractual obligations are met by both the company and the client.

    Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the market.
