About the Role:
The Strategic Recruitment Manager will play a critical role in shaping our recruitment strategy and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for fee-earning and business support roles.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with recruitment agencies.
  • Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our recruitment data.
  • Supporting graduate recruitment initiatives and contributing to diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Talent Acquisition Advisor/Officer in a professional services environment (ideally legal) or relevant agency background.
  • A proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment processes and delivering results.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and online recruitment tools.
  • An understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

What We Offer:
Oakleaf Partnership offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for career development.
