Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at Hagley Road Retirement Village. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and will provide a warm and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide a helpful and efficient telephone service.
- Ensure all visitors and contractors can be accounted for in case of an emergency.
- Keep the reception area tidy and report any shortfalls.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including typing and photocopying.
- Manage meeting room bookings and maintain accurate records.
- Take comprehensive messages for staff and residents, ensuring they are passed on.
- Train and guide residents, volunteers, and others to provide a competent service.
Requirements:
- Proven people skills with excellent customer service and attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
