Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at Hagley Road Retirement Village. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and will provide a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide a helpful and efficient telephone service.
  • Ensure all visitors and contractors can be accounted for in case of an emergency.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and report any shortfalls.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including typing and photocopying.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and maintain accurate records.
  • Take comprehensive messages for staff and residents, ensuring they are passed on.
  • Train and guide residents, volunteers, and others to provide a competent service.

Requirements:

  • Proven people skills with excellent customer service and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
