Classroom Assistant Manager

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the position of Higher Level Teaching Assistant at Positive Futures Recruitment Ltd. This role involves working with students aged 11-16 who have various learning difficulties, including communication and associated challenges or specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Class Teachers to deliver whole-class, group, and individual lessons, ensuring seamless integration into the curriculum.
- Select and adapt suitable resources and methods to facilitate agreed learning activities, fostering a supportive learning environment.
- A minimum of a Higher Level Teaching Assistant Diploma or equivalent Level 4 qualification.
- Experience working with students with SEN, SLD/PMLD, ADHD, and ASD, showcasing your ability to tailor your approach to meet individual needs.
This role comes with a salary range of £25,015.19 - £27,302.29, commensurate with qualifications. Additional benefits include access to full training, life assurance, pension, health cash back plan, car lease scheme, bike to work scheme, perk box, and free parking.
