Job Title: Academic Support Assistant
Description: At beBee Professionals, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Academic Support Assistant to join our school in Norwich. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing classrooms during teacher absences and ensuring students remain engaged in their work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of regular teachers
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and maintain student engagement
- Maintain discipline in accordance with school policies
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a school environment is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to adapt to different classroom environments
- Patience and a positive attitude toward supporting students
- Flexibility to work on short notice when required
- Valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one
