Aquarius Population Health Limited is a renowned consultancy that excels in healthcare solutions. As an Elevated Healthcare Strategist, you will be responsible for leading projects and overseeing their delivery and quality.

This role involves taking a team leadership position, line managing junior staff, designing and delivering training, seeking new work opportunities, and supporting the growth of our company.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing technical or strategic support across multiple domains.
  • Leading multi-functional teams on simple and complex projects.
  • Developing internal best practices, including processes and systems.
  • Managing quality control processes and ensuring document accuracy.
  • Developing and supporting proposals to win new revenue streams.
  • Engaging in full client management across their product portfolio and pipeline.
  • Developing and maintaining client partnerships, including new client generation.
  • Developing the team's efficiency and effectiveness, aligned with business strategy.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A PhD/MSc in Health Economics, Data Science, Business, Mathematics, Biostatistics, Public Health, or a related field, or equivalent experience and skills.
  • Proven post-graduate experience and fluency in English (written/oral).
  • A strong interest in health, healthcare, and medical decision problems.
  • Experience in designing and developing health economic evaluation studies and costing health services.
  • Extensive experience with health economic analysis, modelling, writing programs/code, statistical analysis, and interpreting results.

We offer a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
