The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the site, providing exceptional customer service to residents, and managing the day-to-day activities of the development. About the Role

This role is pivotal to the success of our lodge, and the enjoyment of our owners. You will be the trusted 'go-to' person on-site, liaising with a range of customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues. Your passion for excellent customer service, combined with your administrative skills and attention to detail, will ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the organisation of events and activities for residents
  • Manage the maintenance and repairs of the property
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues
  • Ensure the safety and security of the development
