About the Role

We are seeking a Client Service Liaison Specialist to provide exceptional support to our Employee Benefit Consultants, clients, and insurers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering great customer service and working in a dynamic team environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a high level of empathy and understanding when dealing with clients' queries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries via phone and email
  • Support with policy renewals and new business initiatives
  • Assist with administration tasks such as invoicing, accounts, claims, and underwriting
