We are seeking a highly skilled Community Foster Care Liaison to join our Shared Services Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building relationships with local communities to promote the Hampshire Hives initiative. About the Role
As a Community Foster Care Liaison, you will work closely with our Supervising Social Workers, Placement Commissioning, and Child in Care teams to deliver and develop our Hampshire Hives initiative. Your primary focus will be on fostering relationships with local communities to promote the initiative. You will also assist in the management and leadership of a team of Hive Carer Support Workers, each leading and supporting a Hampshire Hive.

Key Responsibilities
• Build relationships with local communities to promote the Hampshire Hives initiative
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and development of the Hampshire Hives initiative
• Provide guidance and support to foster carers in their roles
• Analyze data to inform decision-making and improve network effectiveness
• Work closely with local authorities to promote the Hampshire Hives initiative
