We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at The Nelson Inn. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in leading our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our pub.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Pub Manager in leading the team and running the pub
- Manage busy services and plan and run special events
- Welcome and look after customers, providing an exceptional experience
- Help train and lead the bar and waiting team
- Contribute to the development of our menu and events
