About the Role
As a Senior Administrator Lead, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day contract-related tasks, including the distribution of work schedules, exemption lists, repeated misses, bulky lists, clinical lists, and streets schedules/variations to the relevant teams. You will also contact crews with day-to-day issues that need to be resolved and escalate issues to the supervisor team when required. In addition, you will ensure all paperwork or electronic documents generated by or provided to the administration team are filed correctly.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day workload of the administration office
- Manage day-to-day contract-related tasks
- Contact crews with day-to-day issues
- Filing and document management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require previous administration experience, experience of working to strict deadlines in a time-critical environment, and previous experience of managing staff in an administration setting. You should also have basic knowledge of Health and Safety policies and procedures, be able to plan, organize, and prioritize work tasks effectively, and possess good time management skills with the ability to multi-task. Good customer service skills and exceptional verbal and written communication skills are also essential. The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
