About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Assistant to join our Investment Research Division. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to a team of 12, including Managing Directors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex diaries and provide administrative support to the team.
  • Organize travel itineraries and process expenses for the team.
  • Support the administration of marketing trips, roadshows, and fieldtrips.
  • Provide logistical support for team conferences and events.
  • Prepare research reports and marketing materials.
  • Liaise with senior clients and internal personnel.
  • Manage CRM database and analyze client interactions.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Team Assistant in financial services.
  • Experience in managing multiple diaries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in booking international travel and processing expenses.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
