We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team at AVK-SEG UK Ltd. As a key member of our People division, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day activities of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional support to the People team, ensuring seamless communication with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
- Manage various systems and databases, including contract and offer paperwork, onboarding, and induction processes.
- Collaborate with the Office Admin team to administer the company car and van fleet, and associated activities.
- Assist in special events administration, including gifts and cards.
- Work closely with the Learning and Development team to promote further development across the business.
- Own the AVK training matrix, ensuring all qualifications and courses are recorded and uploaded onto the HRIS.
