About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Engagement Specialist. As the initial point of contact for customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange aftersales and sales bookings by telephone and allocate the work efficiently
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries across various channels, including email and corporate booking systems
  • Proactively contact customers to inform them of latest offers and promotions
  • Carry out administrative tasks to support the team's efforts

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under your own initiative. Experience in the motor trade is desirable but not essential. What's more important is your determination and willingness to learn.

As a Customer Engagement Specialist with The One Group, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. You will be based in Peterborough and will be required to work a rota basis, including weekends. Onsite parking is available, and we offer a competitive package to our employees.
