Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Collections Agent to join our team at Orbit Credit Services. As a Field Collections Agent, you will be responsible for visiting customers at their home addresses to discuss options that help them address their financial situation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visiting customers at their home addresses to discuss options for addressing their financial situation
  • Resolving customer accounts on a personal basis, taking payments, and setting up repayment plans to help customers achieve financial wellbeing
  • Educating customers on the potential consequences of non-payment of their account
  • Updating customers' accounts with visit outcomes using an iPad
Requirements
  • A clear criminal record
  • No CCJ's or IVA's within the last 6 years
  • Confident verbal communicator
  • Good listening and decision making skills
  • Proven time management skills
  • Comfortable working alone
