Job Title: Senior Asset Integration Manager

Location: Barrow-in-Furness. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: Circa £43,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage members of the asset integration team and delivery of work scopes.
  • Scope and deliver asset integration and pre-operational activities for major site and infrastructure projects.
  • Develop integration strategies and through-life management plans.
  • Liaise with and manage key stakeholders within the project, and end-user function.
  • Responsible for the integration of new assets and infrastructure into site business management systems.
  • Implement post-handover asset management arrangements.
  • Produce and validate working-level instructions.
  • Derive and develop operations, maintenance, and asset management strategies.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in a STEM subject, or equivalent engineering, maintenance, or operational experience.
  • Understanding of Asset Management principles.
  • Experience working within asset integration, or pre-operations.
  • Significant experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience in managing scopes of work to challenging schedules.
  • Experience in producing and validating working-level instructions.

The Asset Integration Team:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team, tasked with integrating significant infrastructure expansion into the business, whilst individually being given the opportunity for professional growth within the function. We offer relocation support across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
