Job Title: Senior Asset Integration Manager

Location: Barrow-in-Furness

Salary: Circa £43,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Asset Integration Manager to join our team at BAE Systems. As a key member of our Asset Integration Team, you will be responsible for managing members of the asset integration team and delivery of work scopes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scoping and delivering asset integration and pre-operational activities for major site and infrastructure projects.
  • Developing integration strategies and through life management plans.
  • Liaising with and managing key stakeholders within the project, and end user function.
  • Responsible for the integration of new assets and infrastructure into site business management systems.
  • Implementing post-handover asset management arrangements.
  • Production and validation of working level instructions.
  • Deriving and developing operations, maintenance and asset management strategies.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Degree qualified in a STEM subject, or equivalent engineering, maintenance, or operational experience.
  • An understanding of Asset Management principles.
  • Experience working within asset integration, or pre-operations.
  • Significant experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience in managing scopes of work to challenging schedules.
  • Experience in the production and validation of working level instructions.

Desirable:

  • Experience or exposure of project transitions to operations.
  • Basic understanding of asset management.
