Role Overview:
Blair West Limited is seeking a skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the financial control and reporting department, you will be responsible for leading the regulatory reporting team and contributing to the production and submission of all prudential and statistical regulatory returns.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the regulatory reporting team and oversee their ongoing development and progression.
* Contribute to the production and submission of all prudential and statistical regulatory returns, including COREP, FINREP, LIQREP, and Bank of England statistical reporting.
* Maintain a robust control environment and high-performing team culture, including driving continuous improvement.
* Stay up-to-date with regulatory developments to ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.

Requirements:
* An accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA) and extensive regulatory knowledge and experience in regulatory reporting.
* Strong leadership and change management skills, as well as coaching skills and experience managing a team of finance professionals.
* Excellent Excel modelling skills and very strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and team-working capabilities.

Estimated Salary:£80,000 - £110,000 per annum.
