Job Title: Regulatory Reporting Manager

This is a senior regulatory role reporting into the Head of Financial Control & Reporting, where you will lead a team of 5 talented individuals in producing and submitting all prudential and statistical regulatory returns.

The ideal candidate will have an accounting qualification and possess leadership skills to drive the development and progression of the team. They will also contribute to the production and submission of all prudential and statistical regulatory returns, oversee judgments and key decisions, and maintain a robust control environment and high-performing team culture.

Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the regulatory reporting team with responsibility for their ongoing development and progression
* Contributing to the production and submission of all prudential and statistical regulatory returns
* Overseeing judgments and key decisions and ensuring these are adequately documented and governed
* Maintaining a robust control environment and high-performing team culture, including driving continuous improvement
* Driving the change agenda to automate the reporting process with a view to increased efficiency and control and improved speed of reporting

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
