Job Description: This is a senior regulatory role reporting into the Head of Financial Control & Reporting, where you will lead a team of 5 talented individuals in producing and submitting all prudential and statistical regulatory returns. Key responsibilities include leading the team, contributing to the production and submission of returns, overseeing judgments and key decisions, and maintaining a robust control environment and high-performing team culture.

The ideal candidate will have an accounting qualification and possess leadership skills to drive the development and progression of the team. They will also contribute to the production and submission of all prudential and statistical regulatory returns, oversee judgments and key decisions, and maintain a robust control environment and high-performing team culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications: An accounting qualification, strong leadership skills, and experience in regulatory reporting are essential for this role. You should also be able to communicate effectively and stay up-to-date with regulatory developments.
