About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our Cheltenham site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering our company's values and member journey, creating a proactive and empowering workplace for the team, members, and building community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a sales plan to drive occupancy and revenue growth
- Develop and execute a pipeline of sales opportunities, working closely with our internal sales team

Requirements:
