About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Japes. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall success of our venue, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience and that our business operates efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the venue, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial control.
  • Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed and that the venue is maintained to a high standard.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including sales, customer satisfaction, and staff retention.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior management role in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
