Cleaning Operations Manager

Job Summary:
Bridge Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to join their team. As a key member of the facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional cleaning standards across our client's retail site in Stockton-on-Tees, County Durham.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of cleaning operatives to deliver high-quality cleaning services, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and rotas to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the services manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored, and that all team members are trained on their use.
- Investigate and resolve any complaints or incidents related to cleaning services, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cleaning standards, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality cleaning services.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Good knowledge of health and safety regulations and company policies, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, with excellent customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve problems effectively.
