As a key member of the facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional cleaning standards across our client's retail site in Stockton-on-Tees, County Durham.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of cleaning operatives to deliver high-quality cleaning services, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and rotas to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the services manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored, and that all team members are trained on their use.
- Investigate and resolve any complaints or incidents related to cleaning services, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve cleaning services and processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality cleaning services and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business and clients.
