We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Coach to join our team at Dominion Training. As an integral part of our Hopeful Families project, you will work closely with employers, external training providers, and colleges to deliver employment and education solutions to individuals and their families.
Your key responsibilities will include building and maintaining excellent relationships with employers and stakeholders, promoting individual participants and the overall provision, and achieving specific outcome targets. To excel in this role, you will need to develop and carry out strategies to enable targeted approaches to employers, increase knowledge of local training and education providers, and facilitate individuals with actively joining external skills courses.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous pension scheme, annual leave entitlement, and access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
