Healthcare Support Officer

Exclusive Secure Care Services is committed to providing exceptional care and support to our clients. As a Healthcare Support Officer - Patient Watch, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with patients and colleagues to ensure their safety and well-being.
You will be responsible for performing patient watch duties, working in Accident and Emergency departments, and patrolling designated areas of the site if you hold an SIA Licence. Our training programs are designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to handle challenging situations effectively.
We offer a competitive salary package, which includes:
- Annual salary: approximately £24,000-£30,000
- 28 days pro rata annual leave
- Additional benefits, such as your birthday off after one year's service and over-time pay at 1.25 times the normal rate
In addition to these benefits, we provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help you progress within the company.
