Sales and Customer Success Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our dynamic software business as a Sales and Customer Success Professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for securing new customers and increasing sales revenue with existing customers, while maintaining excellent customer relationships and increasing brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively source and secure new customers and new business.
- Carry out effective demonstrations of our software with potential or existing customers.
- Upsell other modules to existing customers.
- Follow up incoming sales leads.
- Account management calls with existing customers.
- Help to reactivate lost or dormant accounts.
- Keep up to date with industry developments and competitor activity.
- Accurately record and update the CRM system with all relevant activity and communications.
