Head of Commercial Operations and Market Access

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Commercial Operations and Market Access to join our team in a critical role that requires strong leadership and strategic thinking skills. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial operations and market access strategies to drive revenue and profitability for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in budget management, P&L oversight, forecasting, and overall business management. You should have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in specialized treatments for Oncology, Cell & Gene Therapies, and Rare Disease therapy areas.
A Bachelor's degree in a Scientific or Business discipline, and/or MSc in Health Economics or Health Policy, is required. In addition, you should have experience in product lifecycle management, including new product introductions and commercialization strategies. The salary for this position is $160,000 - $200,000 per year.
