We are recruiting an Educator for ASC and SEMH Pupils to work with us at Teaching Personnel. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of students with complex needs in the South of Bristol region.

About the Role:

  • Plan and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse requirements of ASC and SEMH pupils, promoting academic excellence and personal growth.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to design and deliver sensory-based approaches, enhancing the learning experience and fostering creativity.
  • Support the class team in creating a positive classroom environment, emphasizing respect, inclusivity, and mutual understanding.
  • Report on pupil progress, providing regular updates to parents and carers, ensuring effective communication and cooperation.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development, staying abreast of best practices in SEN education and adapting your approach accordingly.

Salary: Estimated £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
