Job Description

This position offers flexibility with working hours to the equivalent of 3 days a week, making it ideal for someone looking for a long-term part-time role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of clients, ensuring their bookkeeping needs are met.

  • Preparing accounts up to Trial Balance is essential for this role.
  • General bookkeeping and ledger maintenance tasks include data entry, reconciliations, and more.
  • Bank reconciliations, calculating and submitting quarterly VAT returns, and payroll duties are also key responsibilities.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have previous bookkeeping experience, particularly with Sage 50 and/or QuickBooks.
