About the Role

This challenging administrative position involves supporting the progression of application procedures, ensuring compliance with VMD's business targets and regulations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Application Analysis: Reviewing, validating, and processing various types of applications, making informed judgments on each.
  • Monitoring Progress: Maintaining adherence to established procedures and timelines, monitoring application progress to ensure smooth operations.
  • Authorisation Documents: Preparing and issuing official authorisation documents, ensuring data integrity within IT systems.
  • Data Management: Handling queries promptly, contributing to quality management by updating SOPs and other documentation.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Assisting with tasks such as compiling figures, taking meeting notes, and supporting project work.

Requirements
